Insurance and Payment Details

I am available to serve clients located in Florida via telehealth on a fee for service basis. I do not participate with any insurance plans. Please see fees for more details. Fees are due at the time of service.  I accept all major credit credit cards (AMEX, Visa, and Mastercard). Payments for services rendered are ultimately your responsibility.

I will assist you if you wish to use your insurance by providing you receipts that you may submit to your insurance provider.  Many insurance companies will pay a portion of outpatient mental health services. I encourage you to check with your insurance company to find out specific requirements and limitations of this coverage. It is important to mention that the service will be provided via telehealth.

Please note that couples therapy is typically not covered by insurance. In unique instances when the presenting concern/goal of therapy is focused on the improvement of one member of the couple (who has a mental health diagnosis) by having the other member of the couple present to support that person, insurance might cover a portion of the fee, provided the plan has out of network benefits.

I do not provide sliding scale services at this time.
